Intentionality
We seek meaning in every decision and intention behind every word and action, keeping counsel clear, purposeful and aligned.
Everstead brings institutional thinking, sophisticated technology and established human counsel to redefine what it means to have one coordinated, interconnected strategy across investment and legacy planning.
“Your family sits at the center. We work beside you, never across the table.”

The Everstead Framework
Institutional-grade access and capabilities, coordinated across market cycles, evolving life circumstances, and across generations, through a single point of counsel.
Having one coordinated view across many specialists and disciplines reduces room for error and friction costs, seeks to eliminate guesswork, and provides our families with peace of mind.
Estate, tax, philanthropy
Proactive white-glove service across estate, income, and generational tax planning, philanthropy, multi-generational wealth education and stewardship, family governance, and administrative services delivered by experienced counsel.
Accumulation, Retirement, Legacy
Dynamic financial planning that adapts to each chapter, from accumulation through retirement to the legacy you intend to leave.
Public & private markets
Institutional access to public and private market opportunities, surfaced with the rigour and governance of a global investment institution.
The Everstead Approach
We discover the complete picture, align on a coordinated strategy, implement meaningful enhancements, and steward the work over time.
After mutual interest and trust are established, our counsel collects key information seamlessly to conduct a deep-dive analysis of your current balance sheet, including both your investment and legacy plans.
Together, we review a clear, digestible analysis of where you are and where you want to be. Our discernment-based approach focuses on the why, creating space for your own aha moment and greater clarity and confidence in the path forward.
We translate the analysis into a coordinated strategy with meaningful, measurable enhancements to your investment and estate or tax planning, always aligned with your key priorities.
We oversee the strategy over time, adapting as markets, tax law, circumstances and family dynamics evolve. At a regular cadence, we proactively revisit the topics and items personalized to your unique situation.
Our values
Four shared convictions shape how we listen, collaborate and steward the lives and legacies entrusted to us.
We seek meaning in every decision and intention behind every word and action, keeping counsel clear, purposeful and aligned.
Sound judgment and genuine understanding belong together. We listen closely and build personal relationships for the long haul.
We lead with empathy, remain curious and aspire to be lifelong learners. Trust is earned through service, not certainty.
Thoughtful excellence, intentional execution and exceptional care: the long-term perseverance we bring to every relationship.
The trust equation
0103
Trustworthiness = (Credibility + Reliability + Intimacy) ÷ Self-Orientation
A core Everstead philosophy is to keep self-orientation low and build enduring trust with every relationship.

Leadership
Founder & Managing Partner
Grayson Miller founded Everstead alongside Waterloo Capital in 2026 with the belief that exceptional wealth stewardship extends far beyond investment management. Over the last 15+ years, she has built a distinctive private wealth approach around a more thoughtful, curated and comprehensive experience for families seeking to grow and protect their legacy.
She advises families through pivotal transitions, from business sales and generational wealth transfers to philanthropic planning and long-term investment strategy. Her work is highly personal and collaborative: simplifying complexity while coordinating across every aspect of a family’s balance sheet and financial affairs.
Before Everstead, Grayson was a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, a leading $30+ billion multi-family office. As the first Managing Director in its Atlanta office, she helped establish and expand Oxford’s Southeast presence while building a distinctive client base of business owners, multi-generational families and family offices.
Her focus on asset location before asset allocation, tax-aware planning and measurable balance-sheet optimization is a key differentiator. Earlier, she spent nearly four years at Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Advisor working with business owners before, during and after liquidity events. Her experience also includes UBS, where she supported a leading Southeast advisor team managing more than $4 billion in client assets.
Grayson is guided by the belief that it’s not what you make, but what you keep. She takes great pride in delivering the expertise and proactive coordination that give families more peace of mind and more time for what they love.
Outside of work, Grayson enjoys traveling and time on the water or in the mountains, whether snow skiing, wakeboarding, slalom skiing or hiking. A woman of faith, she attends Free Chapel and Christ Covenant churches in Atlanta. She and her fiancé, Connor, have called Georgia home for more than a decade and live in Buckhead with their dog, Zeus. They are excited to marry atop Aspen Mountain this year.
The point of it all
Wealth is not an end in itself. It is the means to a life well lived and a legacy carefully carried forward.
